Your body is a brilliant and complex machine. We’ll show you how to keep yours in perfect working order.

What you eat and how you move play a role in how you look and feel. We’ll get you eating and moving right with our workouts and recipes!

Managing Stress

Stress can wreak havoc on both your mind and body. You will learn ways to deal with and prevent unwanted stress.

Mindfulness

We’ll show you how to use your mind to design the life you desire. If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Am I charged per challenge or per month?

LFC is a monthly subscription service that is charged monthly from the day you sign up and until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing us. You are not charged per challenge. All challenges are included in the monthly subscription to the website.

The 30 day challenges usually require a 2 month membership commitment to get the full benefits and completion of the program.  However, all content is available from the moment you sign up and you can fly solo if you’d like.

Can I still use the site even if I'm not in a challenge?

Yes! Your membership offers so much more than just our challenge programs. From the moment you sign up, you will have access to all of our professional workouts, Design Your Life journal instructions, recipes, lifestyle videos, financial & business information and training, as well as your personal Travel Suite with $500 wellness dollars automatically added. You can start planning your next getaway immediately!

What if I don’t want to lose weight? Can I still participate?

Awesome! Join us to learn more about wellness, fitness, nutrition, mindset, financial health, and more!

Are there any food restrictions? For example, can I still drink coffee?

We will have more nutrition recommendations rather than restrictions. That being said, common sense would say that processed foods and alcohol should be greatly restricted if not totally eliminated for the 30 days. It’s only 30 days. You can do it! By the end of the 30 days you may not even want coffee either.

My teenage son/daughter wants to participate too. Is it safe for teenagers?

Not only is it safe, it’s highly recommended! Why not give our kids a fantastic wellness education at an early age, right?

I’m not sure this is good timing with the holidays/birthdays/(insert excuse) coming up. Thoughts?

It’s always a good time to start putting your wellness first. And there will always be a “sabotaging” occasion if you allow it.
